My philosophy is that perceptions can and do change; and that learning and personal growth continue throughout the life span. Therapy is a vehicle to help you safely navigate and open the doors to explore a range of new possibilities. This is accomplished through non-judgmental supportive guidance and empowering you with the right set of skills to enable the attainment of the life you desire. My specialty is in working with women who are struggling with trauma, substance use, relationships, life transitions, depression, anxiety and co-occurring issues.
I earned my Bachelors degree from Mundelein College-Loyola University in 1989. I obtained my Clinical Masters of Social Work degree from Michigan State University. I maintain a license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. My license identification number is: 6801098412.
